I help small B2B companies create customer experience systems that scale as they grow. From system inception to robust reporting, I handle the whole kit and caboodle — so you know exactly what magic keeps your buyers coming back.
See What I DoI never set out to be a CX operations architect. My career over the past 16 years has been a winding road of different industries and roles, but nothing ever sounded quite right — nothing ever fit. Looking back, though, there was always one silver thread that connected everything; people, and making sure they got what they needed.
That instinct has led me here. Building customer experience systems isn't just about cleaner data or faster response times — it's about clearing the road. When customer service reps aren't drowning in noise, when the systems actually work, when the path is cleared for people to be proactive rather than reactive — everyone wins. Understanding data is just another way of understanding behavior. We already know what consumers want. Now the job is building the infrastructure to deliver.
Kit & Caboodle formed because small businesses deserve the same operational sophistication as large corporations — even if they don't have the same resources to get there. I'm a generalist by nature, industry agnostic by design, and a quick learner by necessity. If I can help a handful of businesses stay alive long enough to grow and thrive, well, then I've done my job.
Every engagement is different. Some start with a question. Some start with a crisis. All of them start with a conversation.
Ready to conjure some order from chaos? I'd love to hear about what you're building — and what's getting in the way.
